Are you a parent, leader, Growth Group leader, colleague, friend? We each need to be equipped for doing the teaching Jesus calls us to. Parents are to instruct their children. Disciples are to build each other up through teaching in love; to teach all nations; and to examine the Scriptures together. Older men and women are to teach those younger.
How?
Teaching Others Training is designed for anyone to be equipped with the skills and attitudes to read and teach the Bible with others in one-to-one and small group settings.

INTRODUCTION TO THE BIBLE
Overview
Is there are central narrative to the Bible? There is, and it comes together in Jesus. As the Apostle Paul says, ‘For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ’ (1 Corinthians 1:20).
But, what does this look like? How does the Bible all come together in Jesus?
Our Introduction to the Bible course is designed to answer this question. It is a series of 5 lectures to help you understand the whole of the Bible.
To complement these 5 lectures, we provide you with the Introduction to the Bible notes produced by Moore Theological College. These notes also form the basis for the Moore College study unit called Introduction to the Bible, which forms part of the Preliminary Theological Certificate offered by Moore College. If you desire, you are also able to study this unit remotely through the College.
From the study notes: “Introduction to the Bible shows how the great themes of the Bible fit together into one story that spans both the Old and New Testaments.”
When?
In 2023, our 5 lectures will run on Sundays from June to August.
June 11, 3-4pm
June 25, 11:30am - 12:30
July 9, 12:30 - 1:30pm (plus a light lunch included)

Aug 13, 11:30am - 12:30
